അപകടകരമായ രീതിയില് ജലനിരപ്പ് ഉയരുന്നതിനാല് വാമനപുരം (മൈലമൂട് സ്റ്റേഷന്) നദിയില് സംസ്ഥാന ജലസേചന വകുപ്പ് മഞ്ഞ അലേര്ട്ട് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. പൊതുജനങ്ങൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും നദിയില് ഇറങ്ങാനോ നദി മുറിച്ചു കടക്കാനോ പാടില്ല. തീരത്തോടു ചേര്ന്ന് താമസിക്കുന്നവര് ജാഗ്രത പാലിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. അധികൃതരുടെ നിര്ദേശാനുസരണം പ്രളയ സാധ്യതയുള്ളയിടങ്ങളില് നിന്ന് മാറി താമസിക്കാന് ജനങ്ങൾ തയ്യാറാവുകയും വേണം.
