വിഴിഞ്ഞം അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര തുറമുഖ നിർമ്മാണത്തിനെതിരെ 2022ൽ നടന്ന സമരത്തിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത കേസുകൾ സർക്കാർ പിൻവലിച്ചു. 199 കേസുകളാണ് ആകെ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിരുന്നത് ഇതിൽ ഗുരുതര സ്വഭാവമില്ലാത്ത 157 എണ്ണമാണ് പിൻവലിക്കാൻ സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനിച്ചത് . ഈ കേസുകൾ പിൻവലിക്കണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ലഭിച്ച വിവിധ അപേക്ഷകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് സർക്കാർ കേസുകൾ പിൻവലിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനം എടുത്തത്.
