സഹോദരൻ പൊലിസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ മരിച്ചതിനെ തുടർന്ന് വർഷങ്ങളായി സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റിനു മുന്നിൽ സമരം നടത്തുന്ന ശ്രീജിത്തിനെതിരെ പൊലിസ് കേസെടുത്തു. മെഗാഫോണിലൂടെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയെ കേട്ടാൽ അറപ്പുളവാക്കുന്ന അസഭ്യം പറഞ്ഞതിനാണ് കേസെടുത്തത്. സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റ് പരിസരത്ത് സമരം നടത്തുന്ന മറ്റുള്ളവരെയും മാധ്യമ പ്രവർത്തകർ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളവരേയും ഇയാൾ ഇത്തരത്തിൽ അസഭ്യം പറയാറുണ്ടന്നാണ് വിവരം.
